Personal Response 2:Courtesy

1.What does 'courtesy' mean to you?
2.Which one of the fables impresses you most? Why?
3. Do you think the pupils in our class are courteous? In what way/ways are they courteous or discourteous?
4. How can we show our courtesy towards our friends, school mates, family members and others?

Courtesy means a lot to me. One meaning of courtesy means having respect. There are many ways you can show that you have respect. One way is to greet the people you meet. The people can be friend, relatives or even strangers.
Fable 3 impressed me the most. It was because the first time the pheasent and the crow met together a strong friendship was formed betweeen them and they also passed the test of friendship when tested by the other birds
I think some pupils in my class are courteous. They are courteous because they greet whoever they meet.

We can show our courtesy towards our friends, scool mates, family members and other in many ways.We can show friendship to our friends and respect to our adults .There are many other ways which are too many to write in my list.

After reading this I hope you will remember to have courtesy.
